I understand that getting in shape is not just a physical process and while many so called 'experts' are all about dumbbells and carbohydrates, I realised that changing a body is as much about psychology and emotions as it is about physiology.

Simply health and fitness is a lifestyle choice and is a lot of fun.  Once the hard work is over it becomes a simple stage of maintenance and adaption.

I also understand that many people don't love to exercise or exist on a diet of carrots, lettuce and soy milk.  My goal is to make the process of getting into shape a realistic, productive, rewarding and enjoyable one for each individual.
